About Me

My photo
I am a Homemaker and Freight Broker (with my husband) who has a love of needle crafts, sewing, crochet, cross-stitch. I learned to sew in 2007, really love using vintage patterns (1940's, 50's, 60's) & and seeing how I can modernize them with fabric choices and trims). I need 25 hours in a day to get to everything I want to do!

I need HELP!

This is McCall 5356, Crafty tunic, will probably look like a muumuu on me. My dilemma is CB seam. I thought I cut them matching, I guess I did not (I cut this out late night about a week ago.) Should I proceed? There is no more fabric, so recutting is not an option. Or is the not-matching too much? This makes me so frustrated. Any opinions???

I would match that CB seam, recutting the neckline. That will make the garment shorter. If you want the keep the same length, add a contrasting fabric to the hemline, making a border.
